Why this one divides people
Group work is where personality becomes a logistics problem. The disappearing teammate is the obvious answer and probably the most common wound: silence for two weeks, then a cheerful message the night before asking what they missed. But a serious faction argues the quiet rewriter is worse, because at least the absent one does not undo your work at midnight without telling you. Others nominate the person who generates a dazzling new direction every time the plan is nearly finished. Each type ruins a different thing - your workload, your effort, or your deadline.
