Why this one divides people
Most people picture the loudest visitor at the feeder and stop there, which is why the noisy, argumentative birds soak up all the attention. The case for the quieter ones is that they do more with less: a tiny brown shape that somehow sounds twice its size, or a drab flock that turns a dull roof into something worth watching at dusk.
