Why this one divides people
This one splits three ways, which is what makes it good. Planners get named first because without one, a group is just five people agreeing that they should really do something soon. Drivers argue that plans are theoretical until someone actually turns up with a car and a full tank. Peacemakers have the quietest case and possibly the strongest, since every long friendship survives on somebody defusing things before they harden. And the photographer, mocked at the time for holding everyone up, is the reason anyone remembers the year at all. Most groups only notice a role when the person stops playing it.
